French owner Bourbon has revealed it had 183 of its 500 OSVs stacked in 2018, but it said this number has now stabilised.
A "timid" market recovery means it has begun to reactivate some units, it added.
It had 178 of 511 vessels laid up in 2017.
The net loss last year was cut to EUR 457.8m
