Tor Olav Troim-chaired Borr Drilling has won its second contract.
The Oslo-listed start-up, which has a fleet of 12 jack-ups and five on order, said it has signed a letter of intent with BW Energy Dussafu for a drilling campaign off Gabon.
The Norve will be used for two wells over a period of 140 to 160 days, beginning in January.
