Norway's Eidesvik Offshore has agreed charter extensions for two platform supply vessels (PSVs) with oil major Equinor.

The former Statoil will keep the 6,200-dwt Viking Avant (built 2004) to the end of 2019, while the 6,000-dwt Viking Energy (built 2003) will work until April 2020.

The contracts were concluded at "current market terms", but the exact level was not disclosed.
