Per Ivar Fagervoll-fronted Golden Energy Offshore Services is set to double its fleet with the purchase of two newbuidings.
The public company is working with Arctic Securities and Fearnley Securities on a private placement to help fund the transaction.
Golden Energy says it has secured the right to acquire the MPSVs under construction at Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering and it has until January next year to close the deal.
