The sense of growing recovery in the OSV sector was illustrated again on Wednesday as Havila Shipping announced it was taking a platform supply vessel (PSV) out of layup for a term charter.
The Norwegian owner has entered into a contract with Axxis Geo Solution for the 3,250-dwt Havila Fortune (built 2009).
The ship will serve a firm period of six months, with options attached.
