Two John Fredriksen companies have buried the hatchet in a dispute over a jack-up rig on charter to an oil major.
Seadrill and a subsidiary of diversified shipowner SFL Corp filed court papers on Monday in the US bankruptcy court for the Southern District of Texas outlining an agreement on the West Linus, which allows New York-listed SFL to negotiate directly with the rig's undisclosed end user.
