A subsidiary of troubled Singapore offshore shipping player Swiber Holdings is being wound up.
Shipowner Swiber Offshore Marine (SOM) has applied for voluntary creditors' liquidation, its parent said on Tuesday.
The company is listed as owning two anchor-handlers and a tug.
The group has brought in Bob Yap Cheng Ghee, Graham Hunter Martin and Toh Ai Ling from KPMG Services to oversee the process.
