Australian politician and tycoon Clive Palmer is still trying to get his $500m Titanic II replica cruiseship project off the ground - but has revealed fresh delays.
The mining billionaire and bulker owner said the vessel will now set sail in 2022, not 2018.
He also announced that his fugitive nephew Clive Mensink will be in charge of the project in Europe.
