Singapore listed Vard holdings has confirmed orders for two expeditions cruiseships from Torstein Hagen's Viking Cruises, a deal it says is worth NOK 5bn ($610m).
A letter of intent for the pair was signed back in April, with the order including two further option vessels.
The ships will be built to a design developed by Vard Design, with the hulls built in Romania.
