A Vietnamese-owned general cargo vessel has been arrested in Singapore over an unpaid bunker bill, TradeWinds has learnt.
The 10,292-dwt GSM 02 (built 2005) was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning by Singapore law firm Oon & Bazaul.
Latest AIS data says the ship is currently alongside at Berth 6 in Jurong Port in position 01° 30.26'N,
