China’s Wuhu Xinlian Shipbuilding has won an order from Continental Bitumen for dual-fuel tankers worth more than $120m.

The shipbuilder, also known as Wuhu Shipyard, will build up to four bitumen carriers under the newbuilding contract.

A shipyard executive confirmed the deal, saying it involves two 21,500-dwt vessels to be delivered in 2023, plus options to build two additional ships.
