Croatia's financial agency FINA has asked for bankruptcy proceedings to be opened against struggling Uljanik Shipyard.
It has requested the commercial court in Pazin to start the process over unpaid debt of HRK 75.8m ($11.6m), the SeeNews agency reported.
The deadline for repayment expired on 21 January, FINA said on the website of the ministry of justice.
