French shipowner Sogestran Group has taken full control of Dutch chemical tanker owner De Poli Tankers in a further consolidation of the sector.
Sogestran Shipping, a subsidiary of the Le Havre-based parent, has boosted its stake after acquiring the remaining shares it did not own from Arcoin Holding, the De Poli family’s Dutch-run shipping operation.
