Two LNG-ready MR tankers are to be auctioned off in the Netherlands following legal action by their crews to recover outstanding wages.
The Panama-flag, 50,000-dwt Marvin Faith and Marvin Confidence (both built 2018) were arrested in Rotterdam in October 2020 in an unspecified financial dispute.
On 5 August, a total of 26 seafarers from Russia, Georgia and Turkey won an order at Rotterdam sub-district court to force a judicial sale.
