The Chinaship website said the deal is for a couple of 1,800-dwt ships contracted by Keo Young Shipping.
Delivery is set for 2016, but no price was revealed.
It is only the yard's second order this year, having signed up for an asphalt/bitumen tanker with an unknown Japanese owner in July.
Nakatani is also finishing off a 6,300-dwt multipurpose for Solid Shipping Lines, which is due for delivery in January.
