Nordic American Tankers continues rolling with the at-the-market offerings.
The Herbjorn Hansson-backed suezmax specialist filed papers with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday disclosing an agreement with B Riley Securities to sell as many as $60m-worth of shares.
The move marks the fourth such deal in four years.
