Greece’s Okeanis Eco Tankers is achieving massively lucrative rates for its tankers so far in 2023.
The Oslo-listed Alafouzos family vehicle said 78% of available VLCC spot days had been booked at an average of $91,700 per day in the first quarter.
For suezmaxes, the figure is a whopping $118,600 per day for 84% of days, aided by scrubber premiums.
