Daya and Siem revealed last August the deal to shift ownership of two CSVs, the 120-metre sisters Siem Daya 1 and Siem Daya 2 (both built 2013), from the Norwegian to the Malaysian firm.

As TradeWinds reported last week, the offshore markets shifted radically between the announcement and DMB’s effort to finance the transaction. But now a deal has been reached for the Siem Daya 1, while the sale of the sister has been cancelled.
