Taiwanese shipowner Nobu Su’s Today Makes Tomorrow (TMT) is feeling the heat from Dubai-based Gulf Navigation Holdings over a charter that went sour during the darkest days of the 2009 shipping crisis.
TMT’s 275,000-dwt ore/oil carrier F Elephant (built 1989) has been languishing under arrest at the South African port of Saldanha Bay for over a month at Gulf Navigation’s request.
