Ernst Russ’ name will not disappear from the shipping stage after new owner HCI Capital decided to retain it.
The German investor, which acquired the 1893-founded company in April, will change its name to Ernst Russ.
It explained this move will reflect its new position as an investment manager with a maritime focus.
