Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) has moved to a new headquarters in Singapore to allow room for expansion.
The wholly-owned Bernhard Schulte House in the central business district has nine floors and a floor area of 41,806 square feet.
The group bought the building last year.
It now houses Bernhard Schulte, the group’s shipowning arm, alongside shipmanager BSM and its digital solutions operation MariApps.
