Jinhui Shipping & Transportation will almost double its money by selling a supramax bulker it bought a year ago.
Single-purpose company Perfect Shipping Co Ltd, which is registered in Hong Kong, has agreed to buy the 53,800-dwt Jin Cheng (built 2004) for $13.9m, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese-built vessel had a ballast water treatment system installed last year but is not fitted with a scrubber.
