Bulker owner SwissMarine has admitted a clerical error relating to director Victor Restis as part of the Panama Papers revelations this weekend.
The Australian Financial Review said it had identified a misstatement in bank applications and financial agreements prepared by SwissMarine in 2013.
Greek owner Victor Restis, the company's second largest shareholder, was in jail at the time, awaiting trial for fraud, money laundering and embezzlement.
