A first floating storage and regasification unit for the MOL- Karpowership joint venture Karmol is to deliver to Senegal early in the new year.
The move is a switch from a planned delivery to Mozambique this month.
TradeWinds understands the FSRU — the Karmol LNGT Powership Africa (ex-Dwiputra, built 1994), will soon undertake gas trials off Singapore, following its conversion at Sembcorp Marine, before heading to West Africa.
