Greece's Nikolaos Vafias has revealed a LPG carrier order at a South Korean yard and the purchase of a quartet of handysize bulkers on the second-hand market.
Vafias company Brave Maritime spent $106m on those moves.
In a statement to TradeWinds, Brave Maritime confirmed placing an order for a single, dual-fuelled 40,000-cbm LPG carrier at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) in South Korea.
