Russia is returning a Ukrainian tugboat and three small warships seized after the country blocked the Kerch Strait with a tanker last year.
Russia had concluded "all necessary investigative activities" into the ships, its foreign ministry told RT, and the Ukrainian Navy is set to receive the ships today in Odesa.
Last November, Russia parked a tanker in the strait, which connects the Azov Sea to the Black Sea.
