Singapore-listed PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) is being sued for a total of SGD 30.51m ($21.83m) after a property deal failed.
It had agreed in 2015 to buy a Singapore property from Kensteel Engineering, subject to the claimant obtaining approval from Jurong Town Corporation (JTC).
But this was not given and the transaction was scrapped.
