Jordan Cove Energy received a largely positive environmental judgement from the US federal regulator this week on its west coast LNG project and could announce a contractor within the month.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission released the draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for the proposed import terminal in Coos Bay, Oregon.
According to FERC, the construction and operation of the projects would have only a limited adverse environmental impact.
