A report has claimed the Greek government is trying to entice China to invest in its shipyards through state shipowner CoscoCS.
It is seeking a sale of the Skaramangas and Elefsina shipyards, the Kathimerini daily said.
But CoscoCS appears reluctant to become involved. It has already made port investments in the country.
The daily newspaper said prime minister Alexis Tsipras and others have told China they want to revive its yard industry.
