While Sohmen-Pao could not be reached for comment this week, a BW Group executive confirms the appointment of Revsbech and says her start date and the location where she will be based are still to be determined.
Revsbech will be the fourth Dane that BW Group has poached from other shipping companies in the past six months. It has recruited former Norden chief Carsten Mortensen, who has taken over the chief executive role from Sohmen-Pao, starting this month.
