A South Korean shipowner has asked the US courts to act quickly to enforce a $4.7m award won in Bangladesh after a charter went bad.
Hanaro Shipping filed a lawsuit in the US federal court in Delaware against Hong Kong-based Metro Ocean over an early January charter to carry steam coal from Indonesia to Bangladesh on board the 32,484-dwt Sea Topaz (built 2010).
