Craig H Stevenson Jr struck an upbeat note on the tanker market as Diamond S Shipping booked a loss in its first full quarter as a public company.
Diamond S is now one of the world’s largest public tanker owners having combined its private fleet with the tankers from Evangelos Marinakis-backed Capital Product Partners in March.
