Brothers Dimitris and George Stefanou of Andros, Greece, have resumed expanding their fleets by buying a vintage, Japanese-built panamax pair.
The siblings also plan to add a capesize to bring the number of bulkers under their control to 12 ships, Dimitris said.
They have agreed to buy the Namura Shipbuilding-constructed 74,100-dwt Little Prince (built 2001) and 74,200-dwt Boreal (built 2002).
