Ocean Bunkering, the marine fuels division of Singaporean oil trader Hin Leong Trading, has ceased taking on new orders for bunkers.
Singaporean bunker industry sources said on Friday that the company will only continue with deliveries contracted with existing clients.
Reuters also cited several bunker traders who deal with the company as saying it had notified customers that it would cancel some deliveries scheduled for Friday.
