Royal Boskalis Westminster has fulfilled its strategic ambition to bolster its presence in the offshore survey market by swooping for all shares in Gardline.
The Dutch company has paid £40m ($51.48m), including assuming debt, to acquire the UK-based company.
Gardline operates a fleet of 40 vessels from its Great Yarmouth office, including 15 survey related ships and 25 smaller vessels.
