Kim Heng Offshore & Marine, which recently acquired three anchor handlers at auction, has set its sights on Malaysia’s offshore market.
The Singapore-listed company has agreed a tie-up with RUHM Marine Sdn Bhd and has injected one of its vessels into the joint venture.
Its Malaysian partner will hold a 51% in the company with Kim Heng holding the remaining 49% via subsidiary company KH Mazu Offshore & Marine.
