Lars Peder Solstad, CEO of newly formed Solstad Farstad, has said the real work is just beginning following the merger of Solstad, Farstad Shipping and Deep Sea Supply.
The company began trading on the Oslo stock exchange on Thursday after combining their 152 vessels into the largest high-end offshore shipping company in the world.
Early deals sent the stock down 6.85%.
