Modec has seen the charter for a floating, storage and offloading (FSO) vessel working off Vietnam extended for another five years.
Japan Vietnam Petroleum Company has exercised options to keep the FSO Rang Dong MV17 (built 2008) on station until 2025.
No financial terms of the latest charter extension were disclosed. The initial contract for the FSO was for nine years and was due to expire in October.
