Petrofac has teamed up with private equity to take a majority stake in an FPSO controlled by Singapore’s Ezra Holdings.
PetroFirst Infrastructure Partners, a joint venture between the UK oil and gas services firm and US-based First Reserve, have agreed to by 80% of the shares in PV Keez.
PV Keez owns the FPSO Lewek EMAS which is chartered to Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore and is deployed on the Chim Sao field offshore southern Vietnam.
