Russian ports group NCSP is not pressing ahead with a deal to buy the Novoship terminal unit Novomorsnab.
NCSP had been considering whether to acquire the company, which has two sites at Novorossiysk, the potential buyer's main ports base.
However, a pre-condition of the deal was the acquisition of both plots, the second of which is some distance from shipping berths, it said.
