Mark Tracey has resigned as a director of London-listed Braemar Shipping Services.

Former Goldman Sachs executive Tracey has been on the Braemar board since 2012 and is one of four non-executive directors.

In a statement today Braemar said Tracey was stepping down to spend more time on his other interests, in particular his healthcare consultancy business.

A search of a replacement, who would sit alongside fellow non-executive directors David Moorhouse, Jurgen Breuer and Lesley Watkins, is underway.
