Howe Robinson Partners has added to its tanker team with the recruitment of three brokers from Brassington Chartering.
Aframax specialists Jack Keane and James Wackett have joined the brokerage in London alongside Tom Johnson.
Johnson previously worked in the small fuel market but is switching to a suezmax beat.
