Nordic Shipholding has endured a weak quarter as it continues to seek a merger partner.
The Knud Pontoppidan-chaired product tanker specialist reported a net loss of $1.5m, compared to a profit of $3.6m for the same period of last year.
There was a "significant decline" in time charter equivalent (TCE) earnings, the Danish owner said.
