UK-based Lomar Shipping is to work together with German seafarer recruitment portal Turtle.
The two companies will seek to iron out inefficiencies in the recruitment process using the Hamburg-based job-seeking platform, which was founded in 2022 by its chief executive, Isabelle Rickmers.
Lomar’s corporate venture lab, lomarlabs, will be involved in the collaboration.
