Shares in blank-cheque company Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corp traded sluggishly this week, casting some doubt on chances for the proposed reverse merger with Singapore owner Parakou Tankers.
Cambridge shares were around $9.90 when TradeWinds went to press, thus below the $10.10 price offered to those company shareholders who choose to simply redeem their stock in the special purpose acquisition company (Spac) for cash.
