Three brokers whose poaching by Starfuels led New York’s Poten & Partners to file two lawsuits are pursuing counterclaims against their former employer.
Oliver Beckmann, Stephen Raterman and Blake Stasa have filed legal papers denying allegations in Poten’s lawsuits and retorting with a breach-of-contract charge of their own.
They allege that Poten broke its promise to provide them with the support needed to carry out their tanker-broking business.
